What is a PRSA pension?

PRSAs are a flexible and portable way of saving for your retirement. They can be used by anyone, regardless of employment type and can be taken from job to job. They allow both employee and employer to make contributions. Contributions can be increased or decreased at any time or a payment holiday taken if needed. 25% tax-free can be taken at retirement (up to €200,000) with the remainder being used to fund a regular income.
